JOB REQUIREMENTS: Wick Buildings is currently looking for qualified, dependable and skilled individuals to join our plant production team. We offer a variety of production opportunities assembling the parts and components of quality Wick Buildings. The Wick plant in Mazomanie builds trusses, rolls steel, makes building trims, and assembles the wooden components of post frame buildings to be shipped across the Midwest. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of team that works together to create efficiency and a safe work environment. To be successful, you must have these skills: Lift and carry at least 75 pounds Safely operate a fork lift Work safely and comply with all safety policies Have some construction, building experience - we will train Learn quickly with attention to safety and to quality Work outdoors and indoors Safely operate power and hand tools Pass a drug screen and physical Wick provides full benefits including life insurance; short term disability insurance; comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance; paid holidays and vacation. Starting pay is \$18 per hour with a raise due to a daily bonus incentive program starting after a 3 week probationary period.
