The Production Supervisor leads and coordinates the activities of our prodcution function to align with company goals. They complete daily production requirements in a cost effective manner that meets or exceeds good manufacturing practices and employee safety. Responsibilities: Direct employees to work toward operational goals. Direct and supervise full time maintenance team. Direct and supervise all processes to produce products that meet specifications. Direct and supervise the accurate completion of all departmental records. Ensure that all employees are adequately trained to perform assigned job. Develop/execute daily production plan which effectively utilizes all materials. Ensure that GMP\'s (General manufacturing Practices), safety rules and regulations are being followed and enforced. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Knowledge of raw product preparation, packaging, thermal processes and maintenance.
