Responsible for implementing growth strategies to drive product profitability, volume, mix, market share, and price, and for working with other Product Managers to establish and execute strategic plans of Thermoplastic and Specialty product lines for Americas.  Duties: sales and PN analytics, collect voice of the customer, prepare SWOT analyzes, support development of product roadmaps, grow action items, strategic initiatives, projects, and initiative funnels; define safety stock levels and ABCQ status, excess and obsolete inventory disposition, BMH data management; analyze regional market and customer needs and prepare business plans for new product development and current product engineering; create forecasts for new product development and request safety stock implementations; acquire knowledge on competitors, market share, and potential threats to Danfoss from competitors; kick off strategic initiatives to drive sales for certain product or product line; collaborate closely with Sales development team to track progress, review opportunity funnel and propose corrective actions; regional lead for implementing strategic pricing; give guidance for OEM quotation review in results of core non-core pricing, D part resolving; identify and support cost out opportunities; visit customers and provide trainings to support marketing and sales teams; support development and deployment of marketing programs to drive organic sales for the assigned product lines; support trade shows, Tech Days and other related forums. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  3 years experience in Fluid Conveyance (sales, product management, or marketing).  1 year experience in a sales, product management, or marketing role with a global organization.  Experience may be concurrent
