Job Purpose Perform a range of materials planning and logistics activities supporting light vehicle plants. Job Duties and Responsibilities * Plan supplier deliveries using SAP. * Use plant systems to maintain supplier and material information. * Daily reporting to light vehicle plants and MP&L leadership. * Act as liaison between plant personnel and supplier to support on time delivery and address any delivery issues. * Support change management projects including engineering changes, resourcing, and new launches. * Conduct inventory analysis reports * Deploy daily material runout file to assigned plants. * Support use of Plan for Every Part * Perform all job responsibilities, duties and projects assigned, in a legal ethical manner consistent with current policies, procedures and industry standards. * Participate in inventory and cycle count activities as needed. * Develop and build corporate MP&L standardized work instructions for MP&L handbook. * Accomplish assigned project and prepare report out for MPL leadership Education and Qualifications: * Enrollment in a Supply Chain Program * MRP Experience - experience with SAP, Oracle, & QAD preferred. * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). * Knowledge of planning activities. * Must be able to work effectively with others. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt. * Must have effective communication and analytical skills. * Proven work experience (not necessarily technical work experience) * Self-directed and motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and accepts responsibility * Must be capable of performing duties with limited supervision Unsolicited Resumes from Third-Party Recruiters Please note that as per Dana policy, we do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters unless such recruiters were engaged to provide candidates for a specified opening.
