Elevation Church Credit Card Program Coordinator in Matthews, North Carolina

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Credit Card Program Administrator

  • Oversee bi-monthly processing of credit card reports in Concur

  • Monitor corporate card transactions to ensure required documentation and receipts are reviewed

  • Audit nightly upload of credit card data to ERP for errors

  • Provide training and ongoing support to cardholders

  • Responsible for setup and maintenance of Concur/Payment Net employee profiles

  • Assist with resolving fraud on corporate cards

  • Collaborate with SAP Concur to address issues or product enhancements

  • Maintain communication and collaboration with the corporate card provider

  • Monthly Budget vs Actual Reporting

  • Manage relationships with assigned budget owners and prepare budget vs actual dashboards in ERP

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting efforts for assigned budget owners

  • Other Accounting/Finance activities as assigned

    MUST-HAVES

  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to efficiently manage time, set priorities, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, main emphasis on Excel

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Contribute to developing a team-based culture

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and ethical behavior

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of one year experience using Concur SAP

  • Advanced knowledge of operational, functional, and/or business systems and practices

  • Sage Intacct experience

    Day-to-Day:

  • We're a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.

  • There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.

  • Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too. We're a creative staff, so there's no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
