The Asset and Vulnerability Management (AVM) solution offers a comprehensive approach to addressing the challenges of asset discovery and vulnerability management in dynamic smart infrastructure environments, by providing advanced capabilities for IT and OT asset identification, vulnerability assessment, mapping and reporting. In this context, we are looking for SME, with a more functional profile as detailed below.

Your mission will be…

  • Work with consultants and business representatives in an international environment to collect, transform & analyze data.

  • Provide Level 2 and partially Level 3 support for Microsoft Defender and its interfaces

  • Act as a bridge between customer needs/issues and the Development team

  • Work close with Customers, Software Developers, DevOps Engineers and BI Developers

We are looking for someone with…

  • +4 year of experience within IT Support

  • Sound knowledge in IT, OT, Networking, Protocols, general IT Infrastructure in regards to cybersecurity vulnerabilities

  • Working experience in maintaining/configuring Microsoft Defender Suite and role model definition/setup

  • Basic experience in Azure services as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse and Azure SQL Database would be beneficial

  • High interest in working with Microsoft Defender suite and domain of cyber security related data for IT, OT and IoT

  • Basic experience in agile IT, e.g. SAFE or Scrum Framework

  • Great oral and written skills in English

  • Communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels

  • You will have to be proactive, work with a team and be able to solve problems.
