As a Production Employee, your primary responsibility will be to work within a team to assemble products efficiently and accurately according to company standards. Loading, packing and sealing 50lb bags of dry materials on to pallets for shipping. Organizing pallets for pickup by transport truck. Organize delivery of palletized raw materials. Help the plant manager with daily tasks for production. You will be part of a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols are essential. General Accountabilities Loads pallets of 50lb bags with vacuum lifter. Wraps protective material around pallet. Starts, stops, and regulates speed of conveyor. Inserts or pours product into bags from spout or chute. Weighs bags and adjusts quantity. Labels pallets with production ID for shipping. Packs special arrangements or selections of product. Records information such as weight, time, and date packaged. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Monitors material loading into machine Quarterly Inventory Cross training for different positions Workplace Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain asafe working environment. Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisorsimmediately.
