Job Description

  • Pilotage de l'activité Support Client sur un portefeuille donné

  • Garantir la satisfaction clients en :

  • étant le représentant Safran pour les activités support auprès des clients,

  • étant le représentant du client au sein de Safran et s'assurant de la prise au bon niveau des besoins du client par l'entreprise (rôle de chef d'orchestre).

  • Assurer la relation continue entre l'entreprise et le client.

  • Définir et suivre des plans d'actions en interne afin d'assurer la satisfaction client

  • Coordonner les départements de la DSC pour assurer le respect des engagements contractuels avec les clients et leur satisfaction

  • Etre le représentant support au sein de l'équipe programme SED

  • Piloter la réalisation du CA et de la marge.

  • Assurer la rentabilité du portefeuille sur son périmètre d'activités (CA, marge, EBIT, Cash).

  • Préparer les réunions de directions (SMM) avec les clients.

  • Piloter l'exécution, le respect des engagements et l'optimisation économique des contrats.

  • Anticiper les blocages et traiter les litiges.

  • Piloter les plans de progrès client.
