Job Description

• Le gestionnaire Customer Service contribue à la satisfaction du client en assurant une communication régulière et proactive dans le cadre de la gestion administrative des contrats et commandes.

• Il est l'interface entre le Client, le Service Commercial, le Programme, la Production, la Supply

Chain et la Finance. Il est acteur de la déclinaison des objectifs contractuels et pilote le traitement des commandes jusqu'à la facturation. Il participe à la résolution des litiges métier liés aux impayés.

• Il génère, et/ou exploite et/ou complète les reportings et indicateurs du processus. Il participe à l'atteinte des objectifs de la société notamment en termes de traitement administratif des commandes, de performance de livraison (OTD/TAT) et de facturation.
