Front Desk Clerk

Econo Lodge in Massena, NY is looking for an organized, detail-oriented person for the front desk. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good telephone skills and be approachable.

Duties to include: Answering the phone, taking/changing/cancelling reservations, greeting guests, answering guest questions, and invoicing/billing guests for their visit.

This can be either a Full-time or Part-time opportunity.
