Qualifications

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of basic order fulfillment. Ensures that assigned shipping and/or receiving functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures. Monitor inventory per vendor and/or company standards. Ensures that related documentation is accurate and complete.

  • Assumes responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of order fulfillment functions.

  • Fills customer orders matching written/printed order to materials in terms of style, color, and size.

  • Flexibility to rotate between departments and jobs on an as-needed basis.

  • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining good communications, coordination, and working relations with Company personnel and management.

  • Assists and supports other coworkers as needed.

  • Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant concerns. Identifies problems and provides suggestions.

  • Assumes responsibility for ensuring shipping and/or receiving inventory is properly documented in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

  • Follows established quality and safety standards.

  • Meets deadline

  • Inspects work upon completion

  • Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

  • Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.

  • Completes special projects as needed.

  • Packages products as assigned.

  • Ability to obtain a company certification such as for forklift and/or other equipment operation qualification as necessary to perform assigned duties.

  • Must be willing to work from ladder or power lift

    What we are looking for:

  • Meets attendance standards.

  • Order fulfillment functions are completed in accordance with department and team standards and procedures.

  • Quality standards are met or exceeded.

  • Safety regulations are adhered to.

  • Effective communication and coordination exist with Company personnel and with management.

  • Assistance and support are provided as needed.
