    What you'll be doing:

    The Inventory Manager is the head of the receiving and inventory areas for the facility. They preside over the employees of receiving and inventory areas and work in conjunction with the delivery staff of other companies or other branches of their company. Duties include staffing, loss prevention, and equipment maintenance.

    The Inventory Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing inventory processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The successful candidate will lead a team, implement best practices, and contribute to maintaining a well-organized and effective inventory management system.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Warehouse Logistics.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse functions, procedures, and standards.

  • Knowledge of quality and of quality control standards and systems.

  • Knowledge of inventory management with bar-coding a plus.

  • Knowledge of compliance issues relating to the warehousing function.

  • Develop an Inventory Control plan for month end reconciliation.

  • Complete storage rack project to include production leveling and quick ship program.

  • Update weekly on status of projects and implementations (Staff Meeting).
