THE POSITION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team as a Test Engineering Manager – managing resources across countries including US and Mexico. You will be the point leader for IGS V&V Global working with CTO and CTO staffs for IGS. You will manage a team of senior test engineers and/or technicians, and will be responsible for assigning work packages, reviewing performance, and providing feedback to your team and to your leader.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
15+ years of experience, Min 3+ years in people management role.
This is Test techno manager role, should have experience in qualifying on Hardware (Embedded and Non-Embedded), Software Integrated Solution and Software Programs.
Knowledge in understanding build deployment and DevOps.
Expertise in end-to-end test for embedded products, non-embedded, Software and solution test.
Should have experience in coaching, building team on developing test automation/simulation framework/introducing new technology in testing for CT and Quality Improvement.
Experience in planning, resource assignment, execution, and reporting.
Experience in collaborating with global teams (US/India/China/Mexico).
Should have experience in assessing technical and resource related risks in program and determining mitigation plan by working with different functions/stakeholders.
Experience driving strategic initiatives like (Deploying Gen AI, New Automation, Simulation Tools, Test Process Initiative, Technology Innovation) to reduce overall Cycle Time.
Should have experience in driving larger initiatives at XSBG level.
PREFERRED
Experience in handling local and global stakeholders (PMO, Quality, Customer Support, manufacturing, Engineering, VE/CE etc). Working closely with them systematic improvements.
Understanding in JIRA, X-RAY, Confluence
Experience in retail product domain and Warehouse, retail domain
Experience in end-to-end product development (Discovery->Release) is preferred.
Person having experience in handling overall H/W and S/W integration test
