The Software Engineer implements electrical and control projects for an integrated system or sub-system. Software Engineer provides planning, reporting and management of the controls portions of material handling systems for an integrated system or subsystem, in addition to technical implementation. The Software Engineer works with the controls project elements and executes individual tasks throughout the project life cycle by coordinating and forecasting controls resources in-house and on site. The Software Engineer takes a systems approach in understanding core design features, project elements, overall electrical and controls architecture.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing an Software Engineering or Computer Science degree with a graduation date no later than 2027

  • Must be able to participate in a semester long co-op (10-12 weeks) prior to completing current degree program
