McKesson Corporation Quality System Manager in Mason, Ohio

Position Summary (Purpose of job): The Quality System Manager helps ensures the organizational processes and the goods and services that result comply with applicable requirements, including client, regulatory, and the organizational requirements supporting all McKesson 3PL Facilities. This includes oversight and ownership of various Quality System elements (primarily document control) along support of other areas (change control, CAPA, etc.). Key Responsibilities Maintain the Document Control System and assist departments in developing/revising their documentation to meet client and regulatory requirements. This includes: reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy, routing for collaboration and approval within MasterControl Collaborate with applicable department leaders to develop corrective actions and responses to audit findings for internal and external audits as related to their areas of oversight. Assist with the creation and reporting of metrics and internal KPI's related to the applicable processes and document management system. Schedule and facilitate agenda for assigned quality management processes. Support the Incident Management program to ensure timely completion of records as applicable. Including running status reports from applicable systems and assisting with maintaining related company measurements. Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities): Education/Training - Four- year degree and/or equivalent experience (Degree Preferred). Business Experience - 3 years Quality Management System and/or Document control management experience, required. Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, including FDA requirements, preferred. Knowledge of MasterControl, preferred. Specialized Knowledge/Skills - Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications. Ability to enter data accurately. Ability to handle multiple tasks well. Detail-oriented individual with thorough knowledge of word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs (preferably MS Office). Must possess the ability to work with internal departments to accomplish objectives and meet established deadlines. Must be personable, self-starter, possess a good attitude, and enjoy external and internal contact on the phone and in person with supervisors, co-workers, customers, and potential clients. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel between product storage facilities within Central and Northern Kentucky and Southern Ohio, as needed.
