Working closely with production supervisors, providing leadership, and managing work teams while monitoring manufacturing procedures. Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours: 3rd shift, 10pm to 6am JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) * Operate manufacturing equipment * Maintain utility area and equipment through the use of 5S tools * Perform minor maintenance of equipment * Use all safety equipment on machinery * Use appropriate measurement equipment to confirm product characteristics * Operate material handling and label making equipment * Fill out daily production reports * Use hand tools to set up and adjust equipment * Ability to troubleshoot and correct process problems * Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and team BASIC REQUIREMENTS * One to three years related experience * Reliable transportation * Strong attendance record * Ability to pass background check, drug screen and physical * Manufacturing experience * Flexibility to work overtime as needed * Eligible to work in the U.S. * Must be at least 18 years of age Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
