Kelly Services is currently seeking an Omnichannel Analyst for market leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of fashion, luxury, sports and performance eyewear in Mason, OH.

Job Title: Omnichannel Analyst

Location: Mason, OH 45040 (Remote to Start)

Job Type: Temporary

Length: 12-Months

Est. Start Date: 5/14/2021

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm, M – F

Pay Rate: $32.50 per hour


  • Create reports for field and store leadership to share results related to omnichannel services, customer data capture, net promoter score, etc.

  • Design new ways to visualize results and prepare slides to identify areas of improvement

  • Partner with finance team to provide data and support reporting updates across Tableau Dashboards, Tableau Prep, and Business Objects

  • Aid Finance and Accounting teams with monthly reconciliation of host business revenue as it pertains to Omnichannel crediting

  • Forecast results, set goals, develop business cases/ROI for omnichannel and customer experience initiatives

  • Support HR in executing changes to geographic alignments and maintain field hierarchy database in Microsoft Access

  • Ensure store attributes are properly maintained to support omnichannel services (address, operating hours, GPS coordinates, phone, etc.)


  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point)

  • Tableau and Tableau Prep

  • SAP Business Objects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines

  • Sound judgment and critical thinking/strategic skills

  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail with ability to quality check for 100% accuracy

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to identify root cause of issue

  • Strong interpersonal skills with customer service orientation

  • 2+ years of corporate retail experience with business analytics focus (Flexible with experience)
