Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in Mason, Ohio
Candidates will be taking inbound calls from customers/patients requesting status updates on their prescriptions and orders as well as applications for the program. Patients will be putting in requests to receive free medication from the end client. There is a lengthy process from start to finish to get approved, so patients are constantly calling to get status updates as well as pharmacies to help with payments and rejections that may arise- you will be responsible for providing this information through learned knowledge and troubleshooting. Candidates will be assisting patients in filling out their paperwork as well to submit applications.
Patient Side: Overview of program, getting them signed up, helping them through the process.
Pharmacy Side: helping with rejections and status of medications and payments.
10:00am - 6:30pm
10:30am - 7:00pm
11am - 7:30pm
11:30am - 8:00pm
*shift differential will be in effect for any time after 7:00pm at $.50)
Some additional duties:
enter orders, change orders, track shipments, enter customer notes.
Maintain logs and records
Answer questions regarding coupon and voucher support services
make some outbound calls to customers, payers, and providers
follow all HIPPA policies and procedures
