Trinity Health 340B Program Analyst - Pharmacy - Full Time - Days (Remote) in Mason City, Iowa

Description:

Position Purpose:

Providing support to ensure compliance of the pharmacy 340B program. Works closely with pharmacy staff, software companies, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Participates in the ongoing maintenance of program policies and procedures. Maintains required 340B program records. Performs audits to ensure compliance with policy and/or regulatory requirements. This position will specialize in the following areas: finance, audit, maintenance/IT, and/or contracts/compliance.

  • Demonstrates leadership, collaboration, critical thinking, and teamwork when facilitating clinical standard and operational decisions and resolving issues.

  • Utilizes data to identify opportunities for improvement and applies 340B program expertise in identifying, leading, and implementing data plans. Demonstrates data-driven approach for project prioritization and strategies.

  • Identifies business opportunities that address program needs, policy changes, and education to align with the organizational strategy and national priorities.

  • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.

Hours/Schedule:

Full Time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. No weekends or holidays! Position would be working in a 100% remote capacity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree with focus in accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related field.

  • At least two (2) years of work experience consisting of accounting, finance, information technology, business management, or related roles.

  • 340B University Certification required (within three months of hire).

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, be well organized and maintain a highly professional manner and appearance.

  • Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.
