General Managers at OneWater stores are passionate about delighting customers & achieving or exceeding their store volume & margin sales & service goals by leading their team in defined processes. The position is exempt. Duties & Responsibilities Ensures the location effectively follows a successful Selling, Servicing, Parts, F & I process & paperwork that ensures that the customer has an excellent buying experience Effectively establishes the selling price for units, as part of desking the deal; including successfully establishing ACV (trade appraisals, reconditioning) through set company standards Learns & applies new & learned selling skills, strategies & techniques on a daily, monthly, & yearly basis. Shares, mentors, encourages, & acknowledges team members Monitors OneWater sales, service, & parts goals & supervises/prioritizes work to achieve progress towards goals against key performance indicators Takes the lead on merchandising inventory & supports the marketing of products, preparing for shows, positioning, & advertising activities (including lot & showroom layout) Actively participates in boat shows, store & off-site sales & customer events Qualifications & Expectations Has a continuous learning mindset, develops & maintains a high-level of product, market & industry knowledge.
