We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cold Brew and Coffee Manufacturing Technician. In this role, you will play a vital part in the production of our high-quality coffee products, with a specific focus on cold brew. If you\'re passionate about coffee, detail-oriented, and thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Cold Brew Production: Execute the cold brew production process from start to finish, including brewing, filtering, and packaging. Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in every batch. Coffee Manufacturing: Assist in the manufacturing of various coffee products, including grinding, roasting, weighing, packaging, and blending as needed. Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and maintain efficient workflow. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the production process, including sensory evaluations and visual inspections. Identify and address any deviations from quality standards promptly. Cleaning and Sanitation: Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform regular cleaning of production areas, equipment, and utensils according to established procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience in coffee production or food manufacturing preferred. Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Good communication skills and willingness to learn new tasks. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds & 30lbs overhead). Ability to lift, bend, scoop, reach, and stand for long hours. Maintain consistent attendance to work Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
