Insight Global Systems Administrator in Marysville, Ohio

Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a Systems Administrator that will be on-site 5 days a week. This position will play a crucial role within the IT department. They will be troubleshooting, supporting, maintaining and expanding systems. They will be joining a very collaborative and fact paced team. Additional tasks the systems administrator will be doing on a day to day basis are:

* Monitor and tune global applications, systems, applications, and hardware

* Programming languages and operating systems, current equipment and technologies

* Collaborate and assist the Network Specialists

* Evaluate, select, plan, and implement upgrades and products

* Examine and determine problems with internal applications and systems

* Daily documentation of all moves, adds, changes within the department including implementation of new systems profiles

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

* 4-8 years of general IT experience

* Strong experience supporting ticketing systems -- main systems they use: Salesforce, Netsuite, Zendesk, Shiphawk

* Active Directory experience

* General networking and security experience

* Experience building systems and evaluating systems Plusses:

* Enterprise background

* Retail background null
