Paumac Tubing LLC Shipping Associate/Driver in Marysville, Michigan

The shipping/driver associate position verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.

*Must be able to drive 26ft manual transmission box truck 

Essential Functions:

  • Supports the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer
  • Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department lead
  • Required to make pick-ups and deliveries to our suppliers for parts and raw materials using a company vehicle

``` - Accurately and efficiently process, package, and ship orders - Appropriately receive, unload and place incoming inventory items. Examines, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. - Organize the warehouse and maintain a safe and productive environment - Check, verify and fill customer invoices to ensure accuracy - Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper department or areas - Transport finished goods and raw materials - Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of products
