Responsible for full stack, hands-on development of software applications, services, and complex software applications using Java and J2EE. Work within all phases of a project. Responsible for successful delivery of Spectrum Payment Services (SPS) and successful migration of all payment channels (Kiosk, CCM, Gateway, and IVR online portals) to SPS. Code and perform unit and integration testing of software. Code, test, and debug new software and make enhancements to existing software. Lead code review sessions to validate adherence with development standards. Review and provide input into development standards. Collaborate with internal customers, technical and architecture teams to solve complex software problems. Implement, monitor, test, and audit new software programs to maximize efficiency of systems. Design and write programs according to functional and non-functional requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Provide general system and users and management with system analysis and feedback. Influence system design by identifying and recommending design and requirements needs for software enhancements. Mentor and coach less experienced staff. Participate in continuous performance improvement sessions to discuss opportunities to improve processes or standards. Follow established configuration/change control processes. Analyze and resolve computer related problems by coordinating with in-house personnel to diagnose and fix operational issues, and consult, advise and train on specialized features and functions.

Bachelors Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3 years of experience in MicroServices or Webservices to develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architecture and solutions; and in messaging frameworks to Perform integration testing with other systems to ensure stability in the overall product. 2 years of experience utilizing Core Java and SpringBoot to develop and maintain client facing application code on Java architecture and design patterns.
