Duties: Design, develop, and maintain APIs in order to build solutions for the TechMobile application used by field technicians. Work within the full SDLC, including establishing coding standards, performing code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Maintain code repositories for continuous integration (CI) in GitLab and build Java archives to deploy code for testing and production. Work with business requirements, code, architecture, and security policies using Agile methodology and write code using Java, SpringBoot, JDK, IntelliJIdea, and Eclipse. Develop restful APIs using SpringBoot to gather and present information. Store, update, and maintain historical records for the application using NoSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle as the relational database. Triage defects to understand production bugs and deliver fixes in consecutive releases. Modernize the architecture and code using AWS and move the solutions from private cloud to AWS. Monitor the application using Splunk, Kibana, and AppDynamics to increase performance and decrease the application response times. Conduct peer review and code review sessions. Write code to maintain and support application development in Core Java. Develop restful web services using Springboot. Work with NoSQL and relational databases to provide analytical reporting for applications. Work with cloud technologies, including Java, SpringBoot, Kubernetes, and AWS to plan application migrations.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 4 years of experience working within the full SDLC, including establishing coding standards, performing code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations; writing code to maintain and support application development in Core Java; developing restful web services using Springboot; working with NoSQL and relational databases to provide analytical reporting for applications; and working with cloud technologies, including Java, SpringBoot, Kubernetes, and AWS to plan application migrations. A hybrid (in office and remote work) arrangement is available.
