Maintenance Coordinator

Pay: $35/hour

Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Description:

The position provides support for CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management Software) users in the maintenance organization nationwide helping to solve issues about software-functionality. Administer software licenses and controls credentials (new users and terminations). With vendor manages software configuration and improvements when required. Develops special reports of and from CMMS. Supports software intercommunication or integration to other software used in the company.

Centralized contracted inspections. Manages activities to execute the critical equipment inspections strategy. Bidding, POs and payment. Communicating with vendors and personnel at facilitates.

The qualified candidate should have strong background in CMMS (somax) utilization, understand asset-reliability terminology and theories, proficient in creating Pivot tables, using data validation and automating task in Microsoft office Excel and understand basics of maintaining food process equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaison with somax software-personnel and the clients IT organization.

• Liaison with CMMS developers, reliability team and bakery maintenance.

• Create reports from and about CMMS utilization.

• Proponent of reports to improve maintenance performance.

• Promote compliance to Company Policies and procedures and report deviations.

• Training Maintenance Personnel in CMMS utilization.

• Support other clients facilities if required.

• Coordinate activities to execute the critical equipment inspections strategy.

• Request proposals, create POs and administer payment for equipment inspections

• Coordinate communication among vendors and clients facilitates for critical inspections.

• Identify potential cost savings and cost avoidance for critical inspections.

• Provide data management and data mass load into CMMS

• Troubleshot and lead developments between CMMS developers and clients IT for process of purchasing and parts management.

• Develop, interpret, translate proposals for enhancements to CMMS

• Support approvals for all requests of parts to centralized part master.

• Demonstrate leadership, teamwork and communication skills.

• Work requires the ability to read, write and communicate in English to understand and follow work and safety instructions.

• Able to work with MS Excel and file managing arithmetic functions.
