ProSphere Tek Field Skills Scheduler in Mary Esther, Florida

Overview

Planned Systems International (PSI) is seeking an AFSOC Field Skills Scheduler to join our team at Hurlburt Field. The Scheduler will support the Field Skills Training, assisting with all classroom, ground and flying requirements. Our scheduler will have a comprehensive understanding of the unique training demands to comprehensively and effectively schedule functions within the Center Scheduling Enterprise (CSE) to deconflict ground, airspace, frequencies, and specific resources through the training complex.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with military and interagency communities to most effectively plan, coordinate, and execute daily, monthly and annual schedules.

  • Recommend alternatives for training locations when conflicts do not permit conducive training environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Prior experience with government range scheduling processes and computer systems.

  • Three (3) years of Squadron level scheduling and/or current operations experience.

  • Knowledge on range spaces that require additional coordination with range owners.

  • Experience utilizing/operating and scheduling functions within the Center Scheduling Enterprise (CSE) web-based program.

  • Experience, and understanding of the Eglin range hierarchy, specialty language, range priorities, key personnel and EAFB I 13-200.

  • Schedulers must demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic ground training environment.

  • Experience utilizing MS Office.

  • Associate degree or CCAF equivalent.

  • Hold a current Secret security clearance.

  • Must be able to work as a role-player and OPFOR.
