For over 20 years, we\'ve been supplying top chefs, Michelin-rated restaurants, 5-star resorts, cruise lines, and individuals around the world with the finest caviar. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant at Black River Caviar, located in Marstons Mills, MA. The Office Manager will be responsible for supporting the CCO with a range of Marketing and Sales activities, daily order and inventory management, customer service, and office administration. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Administrative skills for order processing, inventory management, accurate data entry, and experience with Microsoft Excel Excellent customer service and team support skills Office administration experience with supply and order management, record keeping, and file keeping. Attention to detail and ability to multitask is essential Familiarity with website CMS is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management or related field is desirable.
