JOB REQUIREMENTS: Personal Care Worker (PCW) will be trained in the provision of personal care services and in each skill that the PCW is assigned, which can include but not limited to: assistance with bathing; toileting, including use of bedpan, urinal, commode or toilet; dressing and undressing; mobility and ambulating, including use of walker, cane and crutches; transfers, including bed to chair or wheelchair and reverse; changing of consumer(s) bed; laundering of bed linens and consumer(s) personal clothing; skin care (excluding wound care); care of eyeglasses and hearing aids; light cleaning in essential areas of home during personal care activities; meal preparation and meal serving. Promptly reporting changes in the consumer\'s condition to the R.N. Case Manager. Completion of all time sheets and documentation necessary to maintain program services in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner. Maintaining confidentiality of consumer\'s information. Reliable vehicle or an alternate means of transportation to worksite required. Completion of interview and training conducted by PAS staff. Satisfactory Criminal Background results.
