What will you be doing?
Promote excellent customer-oriented services
Develop trouble shooting skills
Responsible for monitoring command center by receiving incoming calls and maintaining logs
Notify appropriate personnel to respond to observed activities
Prepare written detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner

Strong phone and verbal communication skills
Multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
overnight and weekend shifts as needed
