Expected salary range of $109,800 to $122,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Senior Project Management Scheduler reports to the Lead Project Management Scheduler and is responsible for developing and updating project schedules, and maintaining multi-disciplined engineering and project execution schedules for complex projects. Must be able to work independently, lead schedule meetings, and facilitate discussions to obtain the information to organize activities, validate schedule calculations, and perform weekly/monthly status updates and reports. Interfaces directly with project team members and vendor organizations, monitors work activities and identifies potential schedule conflicts. Assists in calculating project earned values. Notifies Project Manager(s) of pending or future schedule discrepancies and recommends options for resolution. Additionally, will assist in calculating project earned values. The Senior Project Management Scheduler will coach and/or provide guidance to Project Management Schedulers within the Project Management Organization. Communicates any scheduling issue areas and risks to Project Management leadership and recommends options for resolution.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordinate, develop and update project schedules for use in project planning and schedule execution for all phases of project execution for Corporate and/or Site Projects. Utilize and modify pre-established templates to build project schedules.

  • Prepare and analyze detailed project schedule reports to ensure effective project execution and feedback. Coordinate with project team members directly to update schedule status for assigned activities.

  • Lead project scheduling meetings to collect current schedule information, provide current schedule status, develop schedule mitigation strategies and to provide look-ahead updates to project teams.

  • Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of fleet master project scheduling templates and reports.

  • Run weekly and monthly site schedule reports.

  • Other assignments as directed by management, such as outage schedule challenges and the performance of self-assessments to support continuous learnings of the organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in a technical or business field with 5 years of discipline-specific experience OR High School Diploma with Equivalent 15 years of discipline-specific experience

  • Extensive experience in scheduling of complex projects

  • Proficient in use of Scheduling Tools, including Primavera P3, or P6 version 8.x or higher.

  • Knowledge of Critical Path Scheduling Methods

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Nuclear Power experience

  • Project Management experience

  • Project Controls experience
