**VAULT CASHIER
The Vault Cashieris a lead position and is responsible for assisting the Cage Supervisor and Cage Manager with all Cage operations to ensure prompt and accurate service to customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS(The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive to this position.) **
- Perform all duties of Cage Cashier.
- Perform all Vault responsibilities
- Assist Cage Cashiers as needed.
- Service Ticket Redemption / ATM kiosks.
- Evaluate and manage staffing levels according to business needs.
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
- Must be at least 18 Years of age.
- Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
