Program Overview:

The Eaton Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a two-year program that involves two unique, 12-month assignments across different businesses and two different countries and Eaton locations. Both assignments are in the Engineering area. The main job role will be Project Engineer working on our Connectors & Interconnection Systems product for our Aerospace business.

  • This position will start in Marolles-en-Brie, France.

  • The program is planned to start beginning of September 2024.

After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of leadership career paths within the engineering function.

Due to internal restrictions related to the business specifics we are considering only French citizens for this role.

Qualifications:

  • Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process / Manufacturing Engineering with a graduation date no later than August 2024

  • Work or internship experience (1-3 years of experience)

Skills:

  • Ideally some airspace product knowledge

  • Ideally experience using PLM tool

  • Project Management and organization skills

  • Financial Awareness – Design to Cost, Non-recurring costs

  • Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company

  • Leadership aptitude and/or demonstrated leadership experience within the university or community

  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results

  • Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program

  • Fluent French and English knowledge
