Insights Partner (International) - Allergan Aesthetics

  • Ideally based in Marlow, United Kingdom with 3/2 flexible working and up to 15% International travel but other locations will be considered.

Role Objectives

The Insight Partner is responsible to support strategic decision-making and influence our Seniors Brand Leaders with the development, validation and measurement of brands’ strategy for AA international business.

This is a critical role to make sure our strategies are based on robust consumer and HCPs insights and delivering to the healthy development of our brands in the mid-long term across our markets.

The role has a unique responsibility of generate new knowledge and combine it with our existing various sources of information to generate well-rounded recommendations for various business questions.

This role is a valued member of the International Allergan Aesthetics MABI team, a team that develops and analyses our business data – from the development of Market Research to Data Analytics as well as Data Operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development of the Business Learning Plan of the brands under their scope – from briefing Market Research and Business Analytics to our agencies and internal MABI partners, through leadership and development of projects, to presentation of results and recommendations. They will also be accountable for day-to-day guidance of our brand team on utilizing robust information for strategic decision making, ensuring our key strategic decisions are driven by our consumers’ and HCPs’ needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact for Brand Leads with MABI team (Market Analytics & Business Intelligence team)

  • Leadership and execution of Business Learning Plan, including:

  • Planning & Execution and end-to-end management of Ad-hoc/Strategic Primary Market Research

  • Desk Research & Analysis triangulating multiple sources (Internal, Secondary, Digital, CI & PMR data)

  • Briefing of Brand-focused Data analytics reports

  • Presentation of Findings and recommendation and influence of key business decision-making

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A degree, desirable in Business, Humanities, Sciences or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience conducting Market Research Projects (preferable with client-side experience)

  • Excellent communication skills with at International /Global level – fluent English, additional language is desirable.

  • Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Experience and good understanding of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.

  • Flexibility & ability to occasional travel (up to 15% of time)

Competencies

  • Broad and deep experience in market research techniques.

  • Experience managing market research to effective results.

  • Previous experience as Insight Partner, Marketing Business Partner, or Marketing.

  • Proven ability to manage and influence people both directly and indirectly.

  • Experience with analysis combining various data sources.

  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
