The Senior Manager of HR Insights and Analytic s is a pivotal role within the global Human Resources Operations and Enablement team, responsible for the development execution of a comprehensive insights strategy that enhances data-driven decision making throughout the HR organization. This role involves leading a skilled team of analysts to harness data, drive insights, and inform talent decisions. Your deep expertise in PowerBI and data-driven leadership will be instrumental in guiding our organization to meet its people-focused goals and objectives. Emphasis will be placed on building strategic relationships with an array of stakeholders in HR, IT, and Finance, while fostering an environment of creativity, continuous improvement, and innovation. Strong collaboration and clear communication are key.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust HR Insights & Analytics strategy that enables a culture of data literacy and data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborate with the business intelligence, data security, and IT teams to ensure data infrastructure, systems, and tools are developed and optimized to support efficient data collection, storage, and analysis.

  • Establish and track success metrics throughout the phased development of dashboards to inform future iterations and strategy.

  • Translate data findings into strategic insights, offering recommendations that empower the HR organization to make data-driven decisions and foster business growth.

  • Communicate complex analytical results to diverse audiences, ensuring clear understanding and actionable insights through presentations, reports, and visualizations.

  • Work closely with HR and IT teams to define and measure KPIs, crafting dynamic dashboards and reports in PowerBI that monitor these metrics.

  • Lead data governance and modeling efforts setting standards for data quality, structure, and readiness.

  • Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, direction, and support in their day-to-day activities.

  • Foster talent within the HR Insights & Analytics team, identifying and developing high-potential individuals for future growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

  • Proven track record in delivering high-impact insights and actionable recommendations derived from comprehensive data analyses.

  • Demonstrated success in formulating and executing analytics strategies within a corporate setting.

  • In-depth understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.

  • Proficiency in data visualization, with a focus on PowerBI development and other analytical and visualization tools.

  • Experience managing large datasets and applying statistical analysis methods.

  • Relevant certifications in analytics tools or methodologies are advantageous.

Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.

  • Expertise in PowerBI, including data modeling, data analysis expressions (DAX), and visual storytelling.

  • Sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities, complemented by meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and a thorough understanding of analytical methodologies.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR insights to overarching business strategies.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying complex data in a coherent and impactful manner.

  • Agility in navigating a fast-paced environment, adeptly balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $124,800 to $207,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
