This position will partner with Corporate and Divisional finance teams to deliver forecasting, financial reporting, strategic planning and critical business analytics. In addition, this role will manage and coach finance staff by providing key experiences and development opportunities to strengthen Hologic’s talented Finance team as a whole.

What To Expect:

  • Responsible for the development, completion, and accuracy of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages

  • Working with Hologic’s finance leadership, develop key metrics to drive actionable business insights

  • Manage the annual budgeting process, as well as quarterly forecasting cycles and long-term strategic planning

  • Work closely with IT to ensure the Hologic’s financial planning application meets the needs of the business today as well as for the future

  • Coach and mentor finance staff by ensuring all have strong development plans with ongoing feedback and stretch assignments to broaden their career experiences

  • Provide financial modeling, analysis and ad-hoc projects as required

  • Prepare quarterly financial reporting presentations to executive management and the Board of Directors

  • Responsible for managing corporate operating expense budgets

What We Expect:

  • Position is onsite in Marlborough, MA 4 days/week

  • Leader who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders in a matrix environment

  • Ability to establish credible, trusting relationships with business partners and staff

  • Highly motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Strong Understanding of Accounting and Financial Principals

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics; MBA preferred

Experience

  • 12+ years of increasing responsibilities in Corporate and Operations Finance

  • 5+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience

  • Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Life Sciences and Diagnostics a plus, but not required

Specialized Knowledge

  • Expertise in MS Office suite. Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required

  • Experience with Oracle preferable

  • Understanding of HFM/Hyperion Planning/Essbase

The annualized base salary range for this role is $141,000 to $251,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
