Prospect St, Marion, OH This is a seasonal * position with a starting pay rate of *$12.77/hour.   This individual in this position will be responsible for guarding the swimming areas and observing swimmers to ensure safety, order and discipline of members and guests. Guards perform rescue duties as needed.  They will enforce rules and regulations.  They will perform general housekeeping and maintenance duties in pool areas, and work part of a team, attending orientation and/or staff meetings as required and perform other related duties as assigned.
