The following position is open in the Elgin Local Schools for the 2024-2025 school year: Position: Director of Student Services and Academics Minimum Qualifications: ? Master's degree ? Related/appropriate state of Ohio certification/license; administrative certification/licensure by Ohio Department of Education and Workforce preferred ? Previous school administration/leadership experience preferred ? Extensive knowledge and/or background in writing and monitoring specialized plans like IEP's, 504's, WEP's, ELL plans ? Thorough background in and knowledge of K-12 curriculum development, instructional implementation preferred ? Experience in facilitating and/or providing staff professional development ? Working knowledge of testing and accountability as related to school ? Grants writing and grants administration experience ? Three or more years of teaching experience ? Valid driver's license ? BCII/FBI clearance ? Negative TB test results ?
