Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Stanton Street Marinette WI 54143 United States (Onsite)

Duration: 6 months (Possibility of Conversion)

Shift Times: M-F: 7:30am-4pm

Pay Rate : $24/hr (On W2)

We are looking for a “ Maintenance Technician “to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary:

  • Repair and preventative maintenance of HVAC-filters, greasing, belt checking

  • Fixing doors, patching walls, painting, sheet metal work

  • Light pluming

  • Changing light bulbs, fixtures

  • Compressor checks-function

  • General cleaning of work area

  • Work order management

  • Light admin work and training

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to follow safety guidelines outlined from client

Job Responsbilities:

  • Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance.

  • Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, heating and cooling.

  • HVAC troubleshooting

  • Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.

  • Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.

  • Completes maintenance and repair records as required.

  • Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.

  • Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.

  • Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, drains, shop, and HVAC.

  • Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

  • Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.

  • Performs carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.

  • Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

  • Provides vendor escorts as needed.

  • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of less than 50 lbs. or more.

Educations:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 1-2 years' experience building maintenance

Nice To Have:

  • EPA Certification

  • Low voltage experience
