Responsibilities What You Will Do The objective of a Customer Care Specialist is to provide excellent customer service and to provide resolution to our callers needs in a single call (One Call Resolution) in a professional manner. Your Daily Duties Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner Answer the phone promptly (Hold time less than 1 minute.) Process cancellations and payments Enter data into CRM Create contact logs/documentation Request service credits and refunds Schedule leads and service requests Projects as assigned by management You Will Thrive In This Role If You hold yourself to high standards You enjoy building relationships and creating a bond and rapport with your team members and customers You have great time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional customer service, organizational and analytical skills What We Offer: Highly competitive compensation package ($16-$18/hour!)
