Diagnose issues by conducting tests and utilizing diagnostic tools. Perform repairs on forklifts, including replacing parts and adjusting components. Complete preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication and fluid checks. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities. Ensure all repaired forklifts meet safety standards and regulations. Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot problems efficiently. Provide guidance and training to forklift operators on maintenance and safety procedures. Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
