Recommends and develops solutions for technical and product problems.Develop product build design control documentation to support manufacturing, engineering and product transition from prototype to scale-up production, include creating/updating product standards, test method validation, claims substantiation, and product documentation.Leverage and collaborate with division level to drive differentiated technology development and bring it to final commercialization.Effective communication, interpersonal and team skills to perform well in a variety of cross functional team situations.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher in a material, environmental or engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionThree (3) years of combined experience in one or more of the following areas: New Product Development, Product Commercialization, Product Engineering, New Technology Development, Applied Research, and/or Research in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in in a material, environmental or engineering discipline from an accredited institutionFive (5) years of combined experience in one or more of the following areas: New Product Development, Product Commercialization, Product Engin ering, New Technology Development, Applied Research, and/or Research in a private, public, government or military environment.Experience in filtration including media development, manufacturing/production and/or application uses for filtration products in a private, public, government or military environmentKnowledge and application of project management toolsMix of materials and project management skillsKnowledge and application of Design for Manufacturability and AssemblyUnderstanding of intellectual propertyExcellent communication and inter-personal skills.
