As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for orchestrating and optimizing the GenAI RAG Architecture patterns, leveraging your expertise in Python and familiarity with Langchain. Here, you will make an impact by:Leading the design and implementation of GenAI RAG Architecture patterns, ensuring efficient orchestration and optimization of AI models.Implementing cutting-edge technologies and techniques to enhance the performance and scalability of the GenAI platform.Determining the best practices and guidelines for GenAI orchestration, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.Supporting cross-functional teams by providing technical expertise, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our GenAI projects, leveraging your expertise and leadership skills to deliver innovative solutions and contribute to the advancement of AI technology.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and optimize GenAI RAG Architecture patterns for efficient orchestration.Design and implement robust and scalable orchestration solutions for Gen AI platform.Integrate and coordinate various AI services and components using APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.Monitor and troubleshoot the performance and reliability of our orchestration layer.Develop and maintain documentation and tests for our orchestration codebase.Research and evaluate new technologies and frameworks for orchestration and automation.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionEight (8) years of experience in software development in Python or Java in a private, public, government or military environmentFive (5) years of experience in orchestration, automation, or DevOps using tools such as Github, Kubernetes, Airflow or other Opensource Technologies.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering from an accredited institutionExperience in GenAI orchestration in large manufacturing company.Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud platformExperience with RESTful APIs, message brokers, and event-driven architecturesFamiliarity with NLP & AI concepts and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learnExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPassion for learning and innovation#LI-hydbridWork location:Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood, MN at least 2 days per week)Travel: May include up to 10% internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your ell-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially.
