Cassia Caregiver (CNA, HHA, PCA) in Maplewood, Minnesota

We are currently seeking compassionate Part Time Day & Evening Shift Caregivers (CNA,HHA, PCA) to join our dynamic team.

There are Full Time & Part Time  benefit eligible positions available working Day, AM Shift & Evening, PM Shift.

Hours:  AM Shift: 6:30am- 2:30pm,  PM Shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm or 3:00pm to 9:00pm

    What does a Caregiver do?

  • Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.

  • Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.

  • Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the nurse.

  • Document services performed on computerized charting system.

  • Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.

  • Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.

  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

    What does a Caregiver require?

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience preferred, but not required. We will train you!

  • A passion for geriatric care. 

  • Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.

  • Ability to work a consistent work schedule.

    Location: Harmony Gardens Assisted Living is a part of Cassia and will be located in the East Metro. Address: 1438 County Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109
