Location: Maple Lake, MN Wage: $75,000+ DOE Hours: 6 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday Benefits of the tool and die designer: Direct hire opportunity Competitive salary with potential for growth Comprehensive benefits package Open to hybrid work arrangement 1-2 times per week An established company with long-term customers Friendly work environment Clean and modern shop Medical Dental Vision FSA Life Disability Accident Critical Duties of the tool and die designer: Collaborate with internal and external customers on design concepts Prepare strip layouts and plan views Proficient in CAD software, especially Solidworks and Logopress Design and machine extrusion dies and tools Create Bill of Materials (BOM) including manufactured and purchased components Conduct and lead design reviews with the tool room Requirements of the tool and die designer: 3+ years of experience as a tool designer Proficiency in Solid Modeling Complete Tool assemblies, Solidworks preferred Experience with Logopress Solidworks preferred Ability to troubleshoot die performance issues and provide solutions Previous tool building experience is preferred Additional Information: Apply today!
