As a CNC machinist / programmer, you will have the opportunity to work with 3D models, collaborate with the design team, and operate CNC machines. Location: Maple Lake, MN Wage: $30 - $34/hr DOE Hours: 6 am 4:30 pm, Monday Thursday Duties of the CNC machinist / programmer: Program CNC machines according to specific job requirements from 3D models. Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure accurate machining processes. Set up and operate CNC machines as needed. Meet productivity and quality expectations, continuously striving for improvements. Assist in troubleshooting machine problems. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Follow guidelines established by the schedule to meet deadlines. Communicate information effectively with team members. Report any machine or process problems promptly. Requirements CNC machinist / programmer: High school diploma, college diploma preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC machines. Minimum 3 years of experience programming CNC machines. Proficiency in Power Mill software. At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools. Strong visual ability to detect quality defects. Ability to read and understand operating manuals and blueprints. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Additional information: Apply today!
