If precision is your passion, we want you! As a Die Maker Specialist, you'll play a vital role in crafting intricate multi-station progressive dies to exacting standards. From layout to machining, your expertise will ensure our dies meet the highest levels of quality and performance.

Your Job Duties

  • Interpret complex drawings and specifications to ensure each die meets our rigorous standards.

  • Navigate machining and grinding operations with finesse, adapting tools and machinery to conquer even the toughest tasks.

  • Fine-tune die stations through critical bench operations to optimize performance.

  • Lead the setup and testing of new dies in stamping presses, ensuring flawless operation from the start.

  • Take ownership of your projects, ensuring they showcase top-notch workmanship and precision.

Must Have Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in die maintenance, machining technology, and blueprint interpretation.

  • Strong grasp of mechanical principles, advanced mathematics, and precision measuring procedures.

  • Form grinding experience, with a sharp eye for tolerances of .0005 or less.

  • Previous experience in die maintenance and stamping press operation preferred.
