Division Manager - Mansfield, OH - JOB 24-00358 Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Permanent Position with Benefits The Division Manager is a key position, reporting directly to the President while maintaining regular communication with the Plant Manager. Requirements • Overseeing division operations • Ensuring adherence to safety regulations • Coordinating with various departments • Managing employee training and reviews • Determining production schedules • Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of facility. • Must effectively communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers • Work closely with Purchasing and Customer Service departments. • Should possess strong leadership skills and strong work ethic • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment • Excellent computer proficiency • Maintain accurate records • A willingness to learn various aspects of the manufacturing enviromnent • Physical capabilities such as occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds are necessary. • Additional responsibilities include administrative duties, such as communicating with stakeholders, expediting parts, organizing staffing levels, and contributing to team projects. • Limited travel and off-site training may be required Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
