Description

We are offering a role for a Systems Administrator in the telecom industry, located in Perrysburg, Ohio. This role primarily focuses on IT infrastructure integrations and migrations. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your skills in Break Fix, Active Directory, Desktop Support, Network Troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows Server, and Cisco Networking.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with IT infrastructure integrations and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance

• Work with various technologies including PLC and microcontrollers to support business systems

• Utilize your skills in Break Fix, Active Directory, and Desktop Support to resolve IT issues

• Apply your knowledge of Network Troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows Server, and Cisco Networking to maintain and improve our systems

• Assist in the maintenance of a manufacturing environment, ensuring the efficient operation of various tech-driven processes

• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve IT issues, contributing to the overall efficiency of the business

• Monitor the IT infrastructure to detect and address issues before they affect operations

• Maintain updated knowledge of current and emerging technologies, and recommend appropriate updates and modifications to our existing systems

• Ensure the security of our systems, implementing measures to protect sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.

Requirements • Proficiency in Break Fix methodologies and techniques

• Experience with Active Directory management and troubleshooting

• Expertise in Desktop Support and providing solutions for various technical issues

• Strong ability in Network Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving network problems

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, including its installation, configuration, and maintenance

• Experience with Cisco Networking, including the configuration and maintenance of Cisco devices

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other IT professionals

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred) Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
