Through our multi-site network of care, we constantly strive to meet its mission in helping people find their way while educating and empowering individuals to participate in their own care and recovery. _Job Summary_ Receptionist will greet patients, review demographic information and input into database. Answer telephones and collect appropriate co pays. Call processing through Allscripts, scan encounter forms, closeout process. Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work effectively as a team member within the organization and with customers. • High School diploma or equivalent required. • Additional education preferred. • 1 to 2 years medical reception experience in a busy primary/urgent care office setting preferred. • Scheduling, IDX and insurance knowledge preferred. • Computer skills required.
